I'm not sure about the number of actual companies out there, but according to the site below, about 95%-97% of high-level corporate jobs are still held by White men (and that's with affirmative action in place, by the way).

The fact that Affirmative Action hasn't place a lot of racial quota hires in positions of financial importance is heartening.
