make sure you take your time reading the menu so that you get what you order. when the waiter/waitress comes over either order or ask for more time... don't sit their without saying anything - you'll just waste his/her time. when the food comes out, taste it right away. if it's not right send it back right away... don't eat half and then try to send it back. if you need anything, ask everyone else at your table if they need anything... if your waitress has to keep going back and forth because you just "remembered" you needed something else, that extra something may have spit in it. when your food is eaten and no desert, leave. people who camp out are irritating and there are people who are waiting for open tables. however, if you do camp out at your table, leave an extra 5-10% for the server who misses out on tables. oh, and when it comes time to tip, leave at least 15%, 25% max (unless OUTSTANDING service). if you tip LESS than 15%, the next time you come in, you will get horrible service. the waiter/waitress will remember you, and even if you aren't seated in their section, they will be sure to pass on to your server what a pain and bad tipper you were. good luck!

Not much to tell, order what you want, make sure its prepared how you ask for it or send it back. Make sure you check your bill. And leave a tip if the waitress was good leave a nice tip. Dont be afraid to ask for what you want. Most places can cook your food however you want it.

Treat the server with respect!! They'll do everything they can to make sure your visit is pleasant if you're nice to them and show respect. And tip 20% at least!
