I have had my period for 7 days now and I usually only have it for 4 or 5 days. I think it was late, I am not sure what this means, but it is really heavy

You're fine. 7 days isn't that long. Sometimes your period will be heavier and longer due to fluctuating hormones. If your period goes on for 2-3 weeks, then you need to go see your doctor to get some hormone therapy. It's not a big deal, just a few pills to regulate you.

If you are taking medication, it could be the meds...Otherwise, it could be that your body is going through some kind of change...and your period is changing. Mine would last for 7 days and then it changed to less...your symptoms could change also...it's just part of being a woman. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Be urself, if no1 likes u 4 u then hi their not meant 4 u...ur voice is ur voice 4 a reason... & adult males like out going women...do not carry bk ur voice or speaking who cares talk loud and be urself..i'm very loud and human beings snicker at it yet i'm customary 4 it... so hell be urself and u in no way understand. I promise human beings will love u if u talk lots extra and care much less

If you are still bleeding heavy after seven days you definitely should see a Doctor and get evaluated. Peace!

go to your gyno. it probally isn;t to series but i would go b/c i think a period can last 4 a week but it shouldn't be as heavy as what u say it should be a medium flow or very light flow.

first things first this is yahoo.... we r not docters. but haveing you period for seven days isnt bad if you are worried see your docter(yes i am a guy i have a girl freind who talks to much about this stuff)
