Give it a leather jacket or a plaid flannel shirt, some combat or biker boots, a pair of sunglasses and a bandana on it's head. Oh and a cigarette dangling out of it's mouth would be a good touch too.

Take the tutu off of it, and lose the purse and the lipstick. Dress it up in the chief outfit from the village people. I've never heard of a sissy chief!
