My sister-in-law had this problem. It turns out she wasn't ovulating at all most months. This was easily remedied by the prescription of clomid which helped her to ovulate. She now has a 5 year old daughter. I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor about this.

One easy way to find out if you are ovulating is to monitor your basal body temperature with a special thermometer. Your body temperature rises about 1/2 degree when you ovulate, thus you can pinpoint the time that you ovulate by monitoring your temperature throughout your cycle. It's easy to do, just pick up a basal temp thermometer from your local drug store. Each morning, BEFORE you get out of bed take your temperature and record it, along with the date and day of your cycle (The first day of you period is day 1, women have a 28 day cycle on average). The website below has a free chart you can download to use to record and track your temperature. There are also ovulation detection kits, which can be pricey, but might be helpful in pinpointing your ovulation and thus finding out when you are most likely to conceive.

Good luck!

I'm very sorry to hear you're going through this.

First of all relax if that is even possible. Being tense won't help you in the long run and can even hinder you becoming pregnant.

My suggestion to you would be to go see an obgyn who could give you a complete physical and possibly find out why you are bleeding irregularly or not having any periods at all. If they find it to be something very minor then they could possibly prescribe you medication. If it is something else they may refer you to a fertility specialist.

Best of luck to you!

You need to consult your doctor, first of all.

I would consult an acupuncturist if I were you, it sounds like you may have a blood deficiency. Also, I woudl have an HSG to make sure that you don't have adhesions or a fibroid or blockages.

Good luck, I feel sure that you can get to the bottom of this!

I will pray for you. Keep calm.

When I went into the doctor and said that I was spotting for 2 months, he did a hormonal test on me. I would suggest that. it sounds like you are lacking something.

Good luck!

being tense is not going to help the situation.... thats probably why your finding it hard to fall pregnant.

you could ask your dr about chaste berry extract tablets... they help regulate periods and help with pms symptoms etc

hope this helps and that you get pregant soon

All the best
