i get the same thing, does it itch like crazy at times then the skin breaks and hurts. i have tried everything and mine is just on my fingers usually in between just a couple on each hand. it isn't contagious otherwise my son would have it. i went to wal-mart and bought some coal tar you find it around the psoriasis cream (actually that is what it is for i believe). put it on whenever you will just be sitting around the house or a night is a good time. put a latex free glove on over it because it does stink and you don't want it to get on stuff. also avoid high temps. like heat lamps on your hands, and also avoid excessive moisture. this is the only thing that worked for me i hope it does for you as well.

I get the same thing especially on summer time or after using a dishwashing liquid without wearing any gloves. If you have the same as mine, they are called eczema. They are caused by allergic reaction. Over-the counter hydrocortisone creams wouldn't help. My doctor prescribed a 2.5% hydrocortisone and it helped also. When it got bothersome, he prescribed Elocon cream. This one works really well. I also get calendula cream or lotion from Vitamin Shoppe. This cream is very effective on treating very itchy skin. It's safe to use with any prescription creams. Good luck!

Well if it is an allergie clean the area with a non scnented mild soap to possibly remove the irratant from the skin. If that doesn't work I'd consult with a doc. It could be some skin infection and NOT allergies.

Did you spill any chemicals on your skin? What is the source of this reaction? if this is caused by a chemical spillage, or by touching a poisonous plant or animal, rinse your hands with running water and call your Doctor. If you have taken something orally or intravenously don't waste your time on-line and call your Doctor or go to the nearest ER now.

Are you sure its a allergic reaction? If its puss coming out sounds like its become infected and you need to have a doctor look at it. probably you will need a antibiotic.
