You don't say what kind of doctors, if she has not been to a neurologist or an ENT (now they have some fancy name otolaryngologist or something) that would be where I would start.

The dizziness and the noises indicate a problem with the ear or auditory nerve. My auditory nerve was damaged in surgery, and I have whooshing sounds, and beepings and strange sounds in it all the time, and I frequently get dizzy.

The nose bleeds could be a separate issue.

I had to get a thin slice MRI with contrast imaging to find the problem that led to my surgery.

I hope this helps.

the loud swishing noise is blood , and the nose bleeds indicate hypertension, dizzy spells r also a symptom of hypertension, and i doubt it is allergies, she needs 2 go back 2 the dr, get a second opinion. this could b very dangerous and result in a stroke , pulmonary embolism, r heart attack. this could b very serious. seek medical attention asap. good luck and god speed.
