Two home pregnancy tests came back negative, period 1 1/2 week late, NO other symptoms of pregnancy, i.e. no change in breasts, no nausea, no fatigue, only frequent urination but this always happens before my period. Mothers, what do you think? Thanks.

I would wait another five or so days, if still no period take another test. You could just be late, periods can be funny things sometimes. If you still get a negative test I would make an appt with your GYN for a blood test and maybe a check of things.

It doesn't seem like you could be pregnant, with no symptoms and two negative tests. Sometimes your body will just skip a period, it could be due to stress, and then sometimes it just happens. A lot of Doctors offices use the urine tests now, so maybe try taking one more. If you still feel like something is up, go in and request a blood test instead of a urine test. I'm not sure if you are trying to get pregnant, or trying not to. Either way the stress of hoping for the outcome of your choice could cause you to skip a period. Good Luck.

You still could be pregnant. It took me almost 2 months to get a definitive "positive" on a home pregnancy test.

Only other things...have you been stressed out lately?

If it doesn't show by 2 weeks, take another home test...and make a DR's appointment for a blood test.

Hang in there!

You may have stress about getting pregnant and it is throwing your period off. If you have no syptoms such as heavy periods, excessive pain or intermitten bleeding in between periods, you are probably just stressed out about getting pregnant. Have you or you mate gone to have the sperm analyzed or ovaries analyzed?

But of course consult with your docotr to confirm. And remember that home pregnancy tests if taken too soon may not indicate a pregnancy, so you will have to go to the doctor to get a blood test to confirm.

Look at it this way if not pregnant yet, they are many more fun nights ahead of you to try! Good Luck!

I am going through the same thing. I am like 20 days late. I am spending a fortune on preg tests, I even went and got a blood test. I have a dr. appt next week. Maybe he can offer me some more info.

Sounds like you're anxious. Relax, and either go to the dr to find out for sure, or wait and take another test in a few days.

Maybe go to your Dr. to have a blood test drawn or just wait a couple more days and do another test.

Stress can delay it, its an evil little catch 22- you stress about your period being late, so it is even later.
