i have really bad acne and everyone knows that your not supose to pick and touch your face but cant help it i always do it specialy when im bored and doing nothing.what do you sugest???

It's a bad habit. Try putting hot pepper sauce on your fingers. I think u get the point. Keep your hands busy doing other things and get acne cleanser.

Just don't, that is the worst thing you can do. Try a facial mask or something that will soothe your skin. But I will tell you the best thing there is is Proactiv, now they have a cream in case your face drys too much. my 32 year old uses it and my 12 year old and it is working for both of them. Good luck. They sell it in the Internet also in the malls if you don't want to join their club, in their club, though you can choose when you want it delivered to your home, you can stop it for months at a time. Try it. it really works.

So you want to stop picking your zits. I had the same problem I did it all the time. And then I saw an adult that had terrible acne and scars all over his face at the skin doctor. We were talking and he told me his face was so badly scared because he picked it when he was young. I wish you could have seen his face, it was truly unbelievable. Seeing him stopped me from picking my face and scared the hell out of me because I didn't want my face to look like his. Good Luck

Put Super Glue on your fingers whenever you have the urge to pick the zits. This will allow you to pick only one zit.

Trust me the more you pick your zits the more it spread to other areas. So understand that, then you eventually stop yourself from picking zits. Its the fact though. good luck

I would suggest using clean and clear acne medicine it works great. You can get it at walgreens, but wal-mart is cheaper.
