More than likely it is a COllection agency. They are privy to these so called false number, which include 404, 0202, etc. It's to block you they are, and to trick you into anserwing the phone.

I cant answer your question but I had the same number or very similar for two months, never found out who or what it was.

whats your service provider cos o2 has a promotions number the same as this but they usually text from it
