Well, there are several symptoms that could lead you to believe that you may be pregnant before you even see a doctor.
A missed period being the first.
Sometimes women will feel extremely tired and sleepy, their breasts will be tender, and they may feel nauseated (morning sickness).
Just go to the drugstore and purchase a home pregnancy test. Pee on the stick, see if two lines come up or a positive sign or if it's one of those nifty digital ones it will even say "pregnant" or "not pregnant."

Take a home pregnancy test. You can buy them at any grocery store or Walgreen's. If you want a little more privacy go to Wal-Mart and use the self check-out lane.

Don't wait too long. If you think you might be pregnant, buy a predictor test at the pharmacy. Instructions are inside the box.

Well, some women get nausea in the morning. If you were a smoker, if you smoke a cigarette you will get dizzy...your period might be late.
