Do u actually believe that load of crap that says "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas"? Cheating is cheating. Doesn't matter where it happens.

No, of course it doesn't count if you cheat in poker at Las Vegas.
Now, if you are talking POKE HER in Las Vegas....yes, it is cheating.

Of course it counts, no matter where you are, it always counts if you cheat one somebody. What would you do if you found out if the person you are dating cheated on youat another place. How would you feel?
