At first the plane that hit Manhattan was suppossed to have Corey Lidle on board. Now they are saying that they dont know anything about anyone on board. Supposedly NORAD scrambled jets per the FBI, now they are saying they didnt scramble the jets. Can we trust any media anymore?

It is extremely chaotic right now, just give them a couple hours to get all the pieces settled and in the right place. The jobs of those people that you call "the media" are a lot tougher than you think. I speak from personal experience.

I think the media, in this case, are relying on what they are hearing on the street. There's probably alot of preasure to report first, but guess the wife doesn't even know yet. How sad.

It hasn't been confirmed that Corey was on the plane, however, his passport was found on the sidewalk beneath, so officials have said he most likely was.

Media is all about ratings, not necessarily truth. That's why you can't stick with just one source of news.
