The very smart parrot would keep shouting "look behind you" and the retarded eagle would keep falling for it, at which time the parrot would attack.

Doesn't matter; to the victor would go the spoils - and the loser would receive financing from some international fund or other to "aid recovery"...either way I would end up paying!
