When you get right down to it, Bo Peep costume looks like any princess costume. Loose the crown, make a staff ( the pole with a hook or loop on the end ) and get a stuffed lamb for her to carry under her arm. If she will tolerate it, a wig with long finger curls would be a nice touch. Check out what Party City has to offer, and adapt it to Little Bo Peep.

No, not at all :) Definitely looks like an alice in wonderland costumes, maybe go all the way with alice with a ribbon around the hair, pulling it back off the face. You could even go as dorothy and get a basket with a toy dog and put your hair in plaits and wear red shoes
