no it deletes it from your 'sent' folder and puts it in your 'trash'folder which empties it self on a regular bases

No, unless your email program allows you to "recall" a message. You can recall a message in Outlook, but only if the recipient haven't opened it yet.

no it only clears it from your computer. Once it is sent it stays on the other computer until they erase it.
