What entry level jobs are available for a someone who has an A+ certification, CCNA and MCSA certification?

I am new to I.T.. I have just finished school. Also, I do not have a degree.

Microsoft will hire you if you have MCSE anywhere in the world.

If you are certified you will be IT adminstrator and IT Engineer. You do not need a degree it is a name on the certificate that you finished your university.
