If I was a legitimate witness, I would testify. And yes, if there was a reward, I would accept.

If I saw the incident I would've given my info the first day - whats up with you you just let people get gunned down and walk away? What if someone else gets shot because you didn't give the guy up? Whose fault is the second one?

Money shouldn't be a factor in you stepping forward as a witness in a crime. If you saw someone murdered you report what you saw. Not stand by like a dirty little beggar until your offered money.

My opinion is with or without the reward being offered you should step forward. If it was your family you would expect the same thing in return.

Money or no you should always help other by telling any and everything you know when something happens.
I always stick around if here is a traffic accident, to give everyone involved my name and number to help tell them what a know or saw.
