Get rid of all the cultter in your house. Make it look not lived in and have nothing on the floor or tables that will make it look like there is a lack of storage. If you have any brightly painted rooms, paint them a neutral colour. Keep everything as clean as possible. Also, make sure it has good curb appeal. Trim all the trees and shrubs around your home, plant brightly coloured flowers and keep the lawn maintained. Make your house look as inviting as possible.

Make the kitchen to die for. New appliances and a new counter top will pay for themselves and then some and they sell the house FAST!

I grew up in Orlando yet does not choose to stay there now. i'd %. the panhandle of Florida. The site visitors isn't as undesirable, the travelers are not as rampant, and the seashores on the Gulf coast are so pleasing.
