That is a tough one. It would either 1992 or 1996. I was single and carefree with no responisibilities in 92. Drinking, partying and such other crazy stuff. ... 1996 I was single with children, but I was skinny and had every other weekend to do as I pleased. Party, drink or soak in a hot bath without interruption. .. I will say 96, because I love having my kids.
