I have noticed that my -12 volts on my PSU is averging about -6.93 v (after 24 hours of measuring). What does this mean? The -5 is also about low at about -3.6v. All my other voltages are within half a volt of where they should be. Thanks for the help.

Sensor Data: Motherboard Monitor 5
Motherboard: Abit IS7
PSU: i think is 550v but not 100% and i don't know the brand

I don't know where you get 550V power supplies.
I use 120V 500Watt ones.
The one you have, possibly a bad coil for the off voltage you have.
Try another supply in that computer. If the voltage is still low, you may have a partial short...
