Myself, I listen to Sam Cooke's "A Change Is Gonna Come" and Teddy Pendergrass "Life Is A Song Worth Singing". Of course when I'm pissed I go for some ABN or System of a Down.

if you actually take time to hear the words, it is a great song.
makes me feel like there is more to life than my lil world i live in.
when angry i like hard core rap, or disturbed--heavy metal.

I don't know if you listen to County Music, but Rodney Atkin's song "If you're going through hell" really helps me when I'm having a bad day. You can pull up the lyrics and they'll tell you when you're going through hell, keep on going, you just might get out before the devil even knows you're there. Give this song a try!!
