I connect to the internet through a college system. Unfortunatly, they are so concerned with students downloading movies and stuff that they have "shaped" the ports to slow down downloads. I am trying to use it to buy stuff off of iTunes, only problem is it takes hours to download a song, and I can't even connect to Limewire's network. Is there anyway to get around this?

Not that I am aware of. I know the college I attend blocks ports in the rooms too, but does not restrict the type of download, only the quantity. (Something like 3 GB a month)
