Are you with someone, in case you are concussed? People have been known to collapse hours after a fall, so pay attention to symptoms such as nausea and headaches, and seek qualified help. Did you lose consciousness at all? Again seek qualified help even if it was for a short while.
Any pain in the shoulders (possible dislocation)?
Ice packs are good for swelling or inflammation, heat for muscular aches and pains.

Maybe.......since you are here you must be ok.........but I wouldn't lie down flat for 24 hours you may have a concussion! Any dizziness or fainting call paramedics go to hospital!

you should probably see the doc. If you are hurting. Make sure that you didn't fracture something.
