The PC won't recognise my phone (Benq-Siemens E61)
The phone says its connected, the remove hardwear recognises a devise plugged into F drive but the media player does not.
What can I do?

Try plugging it into a different USB port!

First try both advices given above. You can try the 'Sync To Device' function in Windows XP (if that's what you're running)... I really think trying a different USB port will help and I'd remove anything to do with the mp3 phone and reinstall. As for the Drive letters, each time you add something considered a 'drive' for any kind of storage then your computer will assign it it's own drive letter... this is normal... Actually you can even change the A,C,D,E drives to any Drive letter you want. My friend calls his dvd burner the 'M' drive for Media.....

go into controll panel, click on add/remove programs, click add programs, follow instructions. i had the same problem
