It would not break your water unless your husband is of immense proportions and could get past your cervix!!
The reason that people sex will induce labor is because the sperm contains something that softens the cervix.
Walking around helps too!!

It's not the sex itself so much as the sperm that induces labor! No your water will not break due to it, but if it does, then you're really going to be induced, so that's wonderful!

Doing things to induce labor can be dangerous to you and the baby let a doctor decide when it's time to induce labor and allow a trained physician to do it safely.

It shouldnt cause your water to break but if it does then stop and call you rdoctor and see what he wants you to do from there cause that is the starting of labor, but yes it is true about having sex

It can take awhile, but it is because the semen can rutpure your membranes. Me and my hubby had sex two nights in a row and on the next morning I woke up, took a bath, made myself some breakfast and sat down to eat a felt a little gush of water.
I don't think it would break while you were doing it because it is the semen that does the work, not the actual act.

no it does not! Unless you are drastically rough and the only thing it did for me was bring on false labor! I have also heard drinking raspberry herbal tea works too, never tried that one though! good luck

I drank a small bottle of castor oil to induce my labor when I was dialated to 2cm.

no your amniotic sack is much higher up, you should have your dr induce you if you can't wait no longer, I've tried many methods myself and none of them worked, it's better to not take any chances.
