Well there are boy short bikinis and tankinis and just normal bum coverage bikinis.

those are not bikinis, the term bikini comes from two parts, the bottom which may have different coverages as other people already explained and the tops which again are made in a lot of different shapes and coverages. go to wicked weasel and you will see a lot of styles
