I don't know if rumor or not, but its circulated that yankee pitcher corey lidle may have been one of ones killed on that plane that
crashed into the side of the building in Manhatten.

If it's true, thats messed up. I'm sure just an accident, but a strange coincidence esp. after the yankees were badly beaten in their postseason series with the tigers.

i read that a member of the Yankees organization was on board and that FAA records show the plane was registered to yankee pitcher cory lidle, but it did not necesarily say that he was on the plane.

i heard that too and im pretty sure that it is true...... man i cant beleive it and im praying for his family and friends..and im a big yankee fan and i was blown away when i heard this. i was like OMG!

yea they confirmed that it was his plane, according to the FAA. that are almost certain he was in the plane.
