Bowling For Soup has some funny lyrics. Check out "The ***** Song," "Girl All The Bad Guys Want," "Two-Seater," and "Ohio (Come Back To Texas)".
Also, Bloodhound Gang has funny lyrics. Anything on their "Hooray for Boobies" and "One Fierce Beer Coaster" albums are funny.

Check out "Lincoln" by They Might Be Giants, or really anything by They Might Be Giants.
Or, heck, check out the White Album by The Beatles. There's some funny stuff on there...like "Piggies."
