For some reason, everytime that I get onto a website it is always 2-3 days behind. I have to hit the refresh button to get the current webpage. For example, when I go to the weather page, It's giving me Monday's weather until I click on the refresh button. Also, when I go to Yahoo! Answers, the page that is loaded is 2-3 days old. I have to hit the refresh button to get recent Q&A.

Any suggestions?

Open IE, click Tools, Internet Options. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Settings. Under "Check for new versions of stored pages", set it to "Every visit to the page".

That is really strange, never heard of such a thing.

Would it have something to do with the system tool bar at the bottom??

Your cookies are on. They save memory from a website so it loads faster next time you go to it, but can also create your problem. In your browser, find "Internet Options", and go from there.

Clear your temporary internet files and cookies. If that does not work clear your cache.
