Belive some law was passed under anti-terrorism that forced off shore banks to provide information, so wonder strenght of this law. Would love to mention something but can't.

Probably not swiss they arent even tied to names, just numbers only. Pretty impossible to trace without approval.

swiss banks give out code numbers and they would have to get special court papers to get access provided they knew the numbers,jamaican bank are not as srrict as swiss they probably could gain access to hose accounts moe easly
