In Japan there is a 3 day National holiday. May 3,4 & 5. The days are Constitution Day, Citizen's holiday and Children's day.

1)May 1st - Labor day for Srilanka , India .(most of the countries which are ruled by British Government are celebrate labor day on May 1st)
2) In Srilanka full moon day of may will be national holiday for Wesak festival which is celebrate by Buddhist people.

Canada has Victoria Day, it commemorates Queen Victoria's
