About two years ago (I was in a relationship at the time, always used condoms with that spermicide stuff on them, if that helps) he very tip tip tip of my foreskin began shrinking, and got a little bit hardened and dry, the skin got dry. It started on a weekend, where probably had sex with my girl about eight or nine times over a span of two days. It got really bad really quickly, so bad that I couldn't pull my foreskin all the way back when with an erection, making oral sex fruitless, and vaginal penetration a real bore. I went to a dermatologist he said, well "you've got [insert long Latin medical term here], so I have to inject corticoids into yr foreskin." so he did, over a period of six weeks, and it got better, and I stopped going to the torture sessions altogether. It kind of arrested at the point where I could full back with an erection, but with a little pain and lots of discomfort.
My real question is, WHAT THE HELL DO I HAVE, and WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR SHOULD I SEE?????

It seems like you had the condition called "phimosis" where the opening of the foreskin is too narrow/tight. It can be caused by many things, including an allergic reaction to the spermicide used, or having too much sex in a given time.

Your foreskin is still a little tight but hopefully the hardened and dry skin conditions are gone. If so you can try stretching exercises that resolve phimosis in the majority of cases. Simply take two fingers and stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go (like increasing its radius) without pain by hooking a finger on either side. It's kind of hard to describe and may take a little practice to get right. Anyway, do this for a few minutes each day for a few weeks. That should take care of the remaining tightness.

If this doesn't work there are prescription creams that are basically the same thing the doctor injected you with (which seems odd). If that doesn't work in a few weeks there are still many other options. If all else fails, there is always circumcision; that is of course when all other things fail (see links). In any case, a urologist might be a good idea.

The foreskin like any othe rpart of the body will defend itself.
Its not clear what you had fro your statement, but keeping the foreskin is the best choice you can make.

Without it you will not be able to get off. However, it seems like the most common complaint is that they can be too tight. This is common because natutre made it tight for a reason. To make sure it contacts the penis and allos the glans to rub the inside of it. It is not the glans that will get you off, its the inner portion of the foreskin which sends the trigger signals.

Cut guys have only half of it left. Its no wonder the U.S. Leads the world in Male sexsual dysfunction.

To cure the tightness you need to know how...

The human body reacts to its environment. Braces on teeth are just one example. The foreskin tissue is designed to stretch, and stretch it does. But your glans might be growing faster than it can deal with. So-- helop it out a bit.

In a warm bath use you fingers to stretch it as much as possible. Repeat this over and over for a few months to a year. Soon you will be singing love songs, for you will be one of the few guys capable of doing what the women like best.

I am not cut ! I know... Women love it ! Sex is easier, and tons more fun. You might be young today, but when you get older you will be the one they want ! And all for good reason... Its been proven that women prefer it. Natural is the only way. Its there for a reason, and trust me... It works.. Warm water maybe a bit of lube. Heck,... I can put a golf ball inside mine, but this was not always the case ! Nature intended you to play with it.

Its the only way.

I'm wondering about this "spermicide"...
You know, women can get yeast infection by using deodorant tampons, or taking bubble-baths - because of chemicals entering her "cavity".

Have you debated circumcision?

Go to your general practitioner, and they can refer you to a urologist.
