If I'm down, I go out and do something fun. My friends help get my mind of things. I also like to do things I used to do all the time when I was younger but don't very often now, like watch disney movies or go to the park. That always puts me in a better mood.
But what never fails to make me happy is......ICE CREAM! (And I'm being completely serious. Ice cream makes me happy.)

I look at pictures from fun times (vacations, b-day, holidays) and it reminds me of how fortunate I've been. Those memories motivate me to plan for more adventures for the future.
