Gravity has the same effect regardless of the item. Without the influence of aerodynamics all things fall at the same rate.

The TV will land first as the ratio of surface area to weight is more for the pencil.

In a vacuum (i.e. no air resistance) they would both land at the same time. However, if you drop them under normal conditions, it depends on the area of the objects, their drag coefficients, and the density of the air. But all that being said, if they aren't dropped from very high it'll seem like they both land at the same time to the naked eye.

The pencil will land first because it has less drag. Otherwise they would land at the same time.

well the tv will land first because its the wight but we need too see how far or how high you droped the tv if you drop it in a high area then the pencil will fall fast but if its a low area then the tv will fall first
