If you can clarify a bit... what type of outsourcing? Some firms need space designers, others need civil engineers, others need structural engineers, etc.
AutoCAD is a very difficult program, unlike Microsoft Word, or PowerPoint. Very few people know how to use it. Let us know what type of use it would be for, and perhaps we can provide more input.

Land surveyors and civil engineers are always looking for someone to do AutoCAD drawings for them, but you would need to become educated in those fields first; then contact all the firms in the yellow pages and give them examples of your work.

call a buch of engineering firms or Architectual firms and get the e-mail address of the person responsible for hiring people. Then sell them on your skillZ
