You can prevent losing calcium in your teeth by taking prenatal vitamins.

You can't prevent the breast sagging, because EVEN IF you DON'T nurse, the boobs still fill with milk and then deflate, which is what causes the sagging. That is just a part of delivering a baby, unless you are one of the few women who doesn't produce much milk.

Both of these are things that happen to SOME people, not everyone. I wouldn't worry too much about the boob thing until you have had several pregnancies.

Congratulations! your teeth should be good if you take your prenatals cause when you are pregnant the baby takes the good things from you so be sure to take your prenatals, and brush regularly to keep your teeth nice and healthy and be sure to visit the dentist every so often to keep a eye out on how your teeth are doing, About your boobs sagging some peoples do and some don't I dont think there is any way to prevent it.

Your boobs will sag either way. Your child will be at greater risk for all manner of diseases if you do not pass your immunities through your milk, especially in the first four weeks.

Your milk ducts will swell with milk, and then it has to pass out of your breasts. This will elave them less firm than before you became pregnant.

It might help to feed only for a couple of months, when he child needs less milk than it will as it grows. Of course, that means giving the child formula, which may cause allergies and may be missing things from your milk that science doesn't know anything about yet.

But the first four weeks (some say two, but four just to be safe), are absolutely crucial to your baby's health.

Good luck to you and your growing family!

I've never heard of anyone losing a tooth when pregnant. I have two boys my teeth and boobs are fine. I breastfed for nine months with each one.

HI Angie and CONGRATS! Yes you may end up with teeth problems due to the baby getting the calcium... be sure to drink lots of milk... and sagging boobs... sorry I can't answer that one.

No about the teeth. Pregnancy can cause issue with your gums. See your dentist and you will be fine.

No about the boobs. Gravity takes care of that!!

Breastfeeding is supposed to make your boobs back bounce quicker and make them more elastic so you wont have sagging.
