No it isn't terrorist. The plan called in the emergency because of fuel problems. Plane registered to a NYY.

The pilot was Cory Lidle of the Yankees. He is being reported as the pilot on both CNN and Fox News.

It was Cory Lidle's plane (he's a pitcher for the new york yankees). His passport was found on the street, they think he was the only passenger on board.

I just heard that it was flown by the NY yankees pitcher. It flew out of NJ.
