Tomorrow im having a walk-through in the store then a cultural interview..does anyone know what type of interview that is?? Help so i can be prepared..Thanks

This is the part of the interview that simply screens you to see your reaction to the company's culture. They will see how well you fit and how well you receive their culture.

Never heard of 'cultural interview.' I would guess that it has to do with determining how well you relate/interact/or are tolerant of other cultures? In other words..possibly trying to weed out people with racist tendancies? Just a guess.

That almost sounds racist in a way. I hope who ever is going to do this interview, isn't going to discriminate against you and your culture.
