My brother was murdered and 1 was a juvinile.(there were 4 involved) the victium comp services have always let us know when court days were coming and so fourth. We just read on the internet web site, that she went to court yesterday, Oct 10. we were not notified this time...it says MOTION TO DISMISS CF-916 is sustained. There are no objections....what does that mean...She is 18 now, and has been in a juvinile detention center...My mom just found out, Does it mean all the charges are dropped or what???Is she free now, anyone know what sustained means on a murder case..we have been calling the court house all day, and no one has returned our calls yet....

On the internet all it says is Motion to dismiss CF-916 is sustained. There are no objections....So did all the charges get dropped? Looks like they are not calling us back today. So we will have to wait and wonder til tomorrow.dont be afraid to answer thinking you might not want to be hurtful...we want to know the truth....Thanks for all your answers...
