The longest authentically recorded penis measured an impressive 30 cm (12 in) when erect, and was 5.5 cm (2.25 in) in diameter. A penis measuring 35 cm (14 in) when erect was described in Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Sex by Dr David Reuben, but no source was quoted. It would seem that the longest penises average somewhere between 25 cm and 30 cm.

I am not certain if it was officially recorded, but there was a gent who had an 18 incher between his legs. He obviously couldn't get an erection, for the blood required to get an erection on such a member would surely have caused him to pass out!

i looked it up a couple weeks ago, and the longest REAL penis was 13 1/2 inches in length. hope this helps! :D

Guiness Book lists it as 13.6" but, Pornography king John Holmes claimed his was 18 1/2 " long. No one ever disputed this claim.
