YES THEY DO...
I dress according to how I feel. If I decide to wear black, that means I'm really pissed (goth, I know!). I sometimes like to wear a really "smoky" eye of dark brown/black eyeliner (not with the black clothes though) to reflect sadness...or anger! Red means I'm more confident and in a good mood, or any other bright color for that matter...

I wouldn't say that its the clothes you wear that reflect your mood but the colour of them can, I hate the colour black for clothes, they make me feel really depressed and miserable hence I have only one black item in my wardrobe, I love red for clothes, I feel happy, vibrant and could take on the world when I wear red.

Absolutely! And the colors I choose go with the weather. If its rainy out I might wear all black. If I am feeling happy I might wear a brighter color to attract more attention. If I am feeling down or tired I will just throw on any old color. Sometimes if I am feeling down, I might wear a brighter color or nicer clothes to help lighten my mood.

No, it doesn't reflect my emotions; it just changes what people think of me.

Definitely! You wear bright things, it tends to make you happier. If you wear dark things, your mood is usually depressed.
