You can plot your data and make a graph. Then just draw the line of best fit to find the measure of central tendency that best describes your set of data. You can use a calculator or formulas to do a linear regression if you want. You can calculate standard deviation.

Plot the frequency distribution.
If the data appear reasonably normally distributed, the mean is usually accepted as the best measure of central tendency. But if the data are very skewed, the median would be a better measure.

Good luck with your statistics, it is beautiful branch of mathematics and by far the most useful.
Note that the word data is plural for datum. Many people who should know better get it wrong
