Early ones: "Chapter 24" by Syd Barrett; Lines from I Ching to music. "Remember a Day" by Richard Wright, nostalgic and powerful.
Later stuff, well "Comfortably Numb" is an obvious one; quite liked "On the Turning Away" too.
If we are not limited to "songs" in the absolute sense, to me the greatest Floyd moment is "Absolutely Curtains" from "Obscurred by Clouds"; the final chord and vocal burst still makes my hair stand on end 35 years on.

Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun, and Remember a day, Bike is very good too.Theses are all Barrett era songs mind and Floyd changed afterwards.

Comfortably numb. I love all the songs from "The Wall". I also like Wish you were here. As a matter of fact.....I love Pink Floyd. The only stuff I really didn't get into is the music by them about the Animals.
