Breakdancing looks cool. What does it take to breakdance... and where can you get lessons?

agility, strength and rhythm.

You probably could get lessons somewhere, but break dancing started as a street art form, like tap dancing many years before it. Just watch and imitate until you get good enough to innovate!

Look up breakdancing/hip hop in the yellow pages. If you can't find any studios that teach it then call the dance studios that you can find and maybe they know where you can get taught.

it takes a LOT of upper body and core strength. check the papers for classes... not just in breakdancing either- hiphop classes will help, too

I love breakdancing also...if you ever see someone good doing it, where ever you are..ask them if they will give you lessons.
