No, you first and foremost act like an adult and assume that whatever happens to you in life happens because of your actions and you deserve it. Then, with that as your basis, if you really think you were passed over "unfairly" then you quit and go somewhere else.

See how liberating that approach is? How much "LESS" of a victim you become and how much you relieve yourself of the protection of others (like lawyers, big govt, etc).

No. That's kind of childish and usually used for people who pull the 'race card' out every chance they get.

NO IS THE ANSWER. When a door closes there is another for you. Quit trying to break down doors before God opens the one for you.

No. You sit down with your boss and ask them what you need to work on in order to get promoted. You earn them. They are not given away.

find out why you were passed over and then work on that ....also just the fact that you asked that might indicate a bad attitude or a feeling of entitlement.....why should you have gotten the job???
