It kind of depends how advanced the kids you are coaching are. I'll assume that your talking about little kids so, at practice you want to go over basic type drills. This site has some good stuff:
http://www.decatursports.com/drills/base/baseball_drills_page.htm
Also, you might want to go to the library and get "Baseball the Ripken Way" by Cal Ripken Jr. He pretty much goes over the basics of each fielding positions, pitching, and hitting. It's very easy to read, and has some great ideas on how to go about teaching basics.
I coached for quite awhile, feel free to ask specifics if you need.

there arent really plays in baseball....on positions...teach outfielders how to hit their cutoff men, how to cut balls off in the gaps, and how to track flyballs....infielders teach them how to turn two and how to use the backhand...1B teach them how to "pick" a ball in the dirt..Catchers how to block and how to increase their pop time to 2nd...pitchers would be pickoffs

Why are you the coach if you don't know this? Batting drills, catching drills, running drills, throwing drills. You know...baseball stuff.
