Use www.megacalls.co.uk to make cheap international calls. They don't need you to sign up for any accounts, or give out any credit card numbers. They have a service called Just Dial to make low cost calls overseas by just dialing a UK number. Also, on the rare occasions I've ever had a problem, they always promptly answer emails.

VOIP. thats voice over ip. you basically get yourself a microphone on your pc and dial all your friends abroad who also have a microphone on their pc. msn do the facility. but basically you just dial their ip address i think. you'll have to look into it but its free if you're on broadband because your internet time is unlimited.
