You ask questions,read...acquire knowledge.When you make mistakes you try to learn from them..or learn from other peoples mistakes.

from a very early age the brain stores memorys. when we sleep our brain is doing lots of work to file those memorys away. that is why we sleep, so that the brain can sort those files out with out the information of sound, sight ect getting in the way. so hence form those memorys we learn.

Trick is to read / rehearse / try something, get a night's sleep, then do it again, perhaps all wice over.

Sleeping is essential in forming long term memory of what you want to learn.

Some people learn by reading, some by seeing, some by verbal cues. some by hands-on experience. AND, some learn by using the dictionary.......or spell check.......:)

i learn through seeing things. if i see it drawn out or written down i can remember the picture of it much better than just listening.
