this guy makes fun of me all the time but he also tells me that nothing will ever happen between us. every one thinks that he is in love with me but is just blind. i dont think he is in love with me. but he always tells me never to fall in love with him..or is he just trying to tell himself not to fall for me ?????? is that y he always makes fun of me?

People never intentionally hurt the ones they genuinely love. There are some details that would be helpful to know; but based on what you have said here, it doesn't sound like true love. If it is true love, he may be somewhat immature or insecure. Either way, that's not good boyfriend material.
